It is not coonnnidg what the boy did. Quite the opposite, the boys who are "guilty" should be punished; actually they were by being expelled. This has more to do with drawing attention to prejudice in the school. The best way that I can think of to stop it would be to draw the most attention to it as possible, which would be a weeklong boycott.
